Welcome to Wisehomie, an AI-powered education assistant designed to enhance learning experiences for students, parents, and educators. By accessing or using the Wisehomie application or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

Wisehomie provides educational tools and services, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated answers to user queries based on uploaded or provided study materials.
• Course management tools to organize and track academic content.
• Features to enhance study experiences, such as writing assistance and file uploads.

3. Subscription Terms

• Free Plan: Limited features, including up to 5 homework questions and 5 AI Assistant uses per day, 1 course creation, and 20MB of storage.
• Plus Plan: Includes unlimited homework questions, up to 5 course creations with multi-file uploads, 300 monthly AI Assistant uses, and increased file size limits (up to 500MB).
  • Monthly plan: $9.99
  • 3 Monthly Plan: $24.99 – Save 15% with a Quarterly subscription
  • 12 Monthly Plan: $77.90 – Save 35% with an Annual subscription
• Pro Plan: Includes unlimited homework questions, unlimited AI Assistant usage, unlimited course creation, 2GB of storage while enjoying all Pro features at the best value.
  • Monthly plan: $19.99
  • 3 Monthly Plan: $50.99 – Save 15% with a Quarterly subscription
  • 12 Monthly Plan: $155.90 – Save 35% with an Annual subscription
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the billing cycle unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Renewal charges will be applied to your selected payment method.
• Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are not offered for subscription fees, except as required by applicable laws.

4. Use of AI-Generated Answers

• Educational Purposes Only: Wisehomie's responses are intended to support learning and should not be used as final solutions for assignments or exams.
• No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, Wisehomie’s AI-generated responses may not always be correct or contextually appropriate. Users are advised to verify the content for accuracy.

5. User Responsibilities

• Account Information: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• Acceptable Use: Users may not:
  • Share their accounts with others.
  • Use Wisehomie for illegal or unethical purposes.
  • Upload copyrighted materials or content without proper authorization.

6. Data Privacy and Security

Wisehomie respects your privacy and handles personal data per our Privacy Policy.

• User Rights:
  • Users may access, modify, or delete their personal data via the app or by contacting support.
  • Uploaded materials are used solely to provide context-based answers and are not shared or stored permanently.

7. Intellectual Property

Wisehomie owns all content, features, and functionalities on Wisehomie, including AI models, logos, and designs. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wisehomie is not liable for any inaccuracies, delays, or damages arising from the use of its AI-generated answers or services. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the content.

9. Changes to Terms of Use

Wisehomie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the app or website. Continued use of the service after changes signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
